Trevor Pyne BSc MRICS

Director

 

Trevor founded Pyne Retail in 2015 and now has over 35 years’ experience in the profession.

Various landlords represented within shopping centres throughout the UK have included Hermes, Standard Life, Royal London, InfraRed, Ellandi, Absolute Assets and Blackrock from locations as far afield as Southend, Letchworth, Eastleigh, Peckham, Fleet, Dartford and Chatham in the south to Kettering, Norwich, Great Yarmouth and Crystal Peaks (Sheffield) further north.

 

Along the High Street, additional clients have included Kinleigh Folkard & Hayward, Redefine, Threadneedle, Lloyds Pharmacy, Manhattan Loft, Dukeminster, Aprirose, Flodrive and Belle Properties.

Much experience has been gained in making representations as an expert witness in relation to court proceedings and arbitration.

 

Trevor is a member of Arbrix, is a St John's Ambulance qualified first aider, plays golf and runs 10km, 10 miles and half marathon events.
